Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for producing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting lubricant products while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to producing high-quality products.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment used in the manufacturing of lubricant products.
• Ensure products are filled accurately and packaged according to quality standards.
• Inspect packaging to verify cleanliness, proper labeling, and product specifications.
• Work in various production areas, including packaging lines, kit assembly, product filling, and labeling operations.
• Operate material handling equipment such as Bendi forklifts, palletizers, dolly loaders, pallet wrappers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Report equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues to leadership promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take direction when needed.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle product as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay Rate

$15.50 per hour
