Associate Medical Director

**About the Job**

Our Client is seeking an Associate Medical Director (AMD) to provide exceptional primary care to a panel of medically complex and socially vulnerable members. This full-time position is located in a professional office environment, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. The AMD will play a critical role in delivering value-based care and leading interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

**Your Role**

As the Associate Medical Director, you will:

• Provide primary care services to a panel of members, leading an interdisciplinary care team.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor fellow providers in delivering excellent primary and urgent care.

• Collaborate with the Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team.

• Engage with community organizations and hospital systems to enhance service provision.

• Implement evidence-based practices and track quality metrics to achieve care goals.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop treatment initiatives and transitional care plans.

**How You Qualify**

• Current Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• DEA and ACLS certifications.

• 5+ years of clinical and administrative experience leading interdisciplinary teams.

• Experience in clinic settings, community-based organizations, or inpatient units.

• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Independent self-starter with a focus on population health and healthcare utilization management.
