Printed Circuit Board Soldering & Depanel Technician

Imagine taking a board fresh off the line and transforming it into a finished, reliable product. In this role, you’ll use hand soldering to meet IPC specifications, finalize assemblies, and ensure every detail is right.
Your impact
- Complete PCB assemblies using precise hand soldering; fix solder bridges and verify clean connections
- Execute mechanical assembly tasks, including clipping and cleaning
- Follow routing operations and test procedures until assemblies meet acceptance standards
- De-panel printed circuit boards safely and consistently
- Inspect small components visually to confirm accuracy
- Support team operations with other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
- Demonstrated soldering work experience
- Reliable attendance and a stable work history
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity with small parts
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- English comprehension for reading and following instructions
Schedule and compensation
- First shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm
- Pay: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience
