Major Responsibilities:

• Perform various Shipping and Receiving activities (receiving, delivery, pickup, shipping etc.)
• Lift heavy boxes, files, and machinery when needed
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care, while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Consistently comply with business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to, and participate in, all safety procedures
• Handle time-sensitive material such as confidential & urgent packages
• Sort, label, and deliver packages
• Regularly utilize UPS WorldShip for shipping
• Exhibit good work ethic
• Ability to be on call & work after hours (when necessary)
• Ability to drive flatbeds, pick-up trucks, and pull behind trailers
• Ability to load and unload freight, using a forklift and/or hoist
• Assist in the stockroom with parts, inventory
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills :

• Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to work cooperatively with other division offices
• Valid Driver’s License with a low-incident driving record
• Ability to work in, and contribute to, a team structured setting
• Good work ethic & admirable integrity
• Legally Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to maintain a good safety and attendance record
• DOT Physical and Pre-Employment Drug Test
