As a **Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrol** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a financial institution setting, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a professional manner.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols for financial institution locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, including the business interior and exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter theft, fraud, and/or other suspicious behavior.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings during patrols and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate contacts.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and incident reports as required by site policies.
+ Interact with clients and/or visitors in a courteous and professional manner while upholding Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A valid firearms permit is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
