- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently:
- Excavators
- Skid steers
- Telehandlers
- Mini track loaders
- Assist with construction of:
- Docks, seawalls, and bulkheads
- Retaining walls and hardscapes
- Load, move, and stage materials on active jobsites
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Work with your crew to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain safety awarenessespecially around water and uneven terrain
13+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Ability to understand grades, elevations, and layout lines
Strong work ethic moves with purpose, not slow-paced
Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience in waterfront or marine construction
- CDL
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Drug-free workplace
- Clean background
We pay based on skill, efficiency, and productionnot just seat time.
- $20$24/hr Entry-level operator (basic machine skills)
- $25$28/hr Solid operator (productive, reliable)
- $29$32/hr High-level operator (precise, efficient, jobsite impact)
