General Fabricator
Job Summary
Operate manufacturing machines to produce parts accurately and on schedule.
Set up, program, and adjust machines to produce first-article and production parts.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
Monitor machine speed, feed rates, and performance during production runs.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain output.
Select proper tools, materials, fixtures, and equipment for each job.
Maintain production standards and run-time expectations.
Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and tooling.
Assemble fabricated components into finished products when needed.
Maintain consistent quality, accuracy, and efficiency while working independently.
