Workforce Development Case Manager
The New Leaf Case Manager is responsible for supervising the supported employment site New Leaf Marketplace Nelsonville. They will work closely with program participants by overseeing scheduling, providing support during scheduled shifts, soft skills development, and creating a work environment for the New Leaf participants that is consistent with their strengths and abilities. The New Leaf Case Manager will coach participants to work as team players and develop strong communication skills, work ethics, problem-solving skills, leadership, and positive attitudes.
SKILLSET
? Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, or a related field or years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
? At least three (3) to five (5) years' experience in working directly in social services, including direct contact with vulnerable populations, preferably with a non-profit organization.
? Strong team-building skills, proven project management skills, and ability to allow autonomy without micromanaging. This includes managing and guiding group efforts as well as organizational efforts.
