Responsibilities
- Perform professional home and office cleaning services
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality results
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company values
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical capability to bend, kneel, push, and lift 20 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English
- Love to help others and willing to go above and beyond
- Able to take feedback and improve from it
- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Compensation
Salary: $500.00 - $660.00 per week based on 35hr week (gross pay)
