Line Cook/Shift Lead
Taglio located in Columbia Tusculum is looking to add experienced, part-time kitchen staff to our PM team. Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine in, take-out and in-house delivery. Part-time hours are available and we are pretty flexible when it comes to availability. Pizza experience would be preferred but not necessary, we are looking for individuals with experience in the fast pace culinary world. Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help with end of the shift cleaning duties
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
