Peared Creation is a growing local company that designs and builds high quality, affordable residential lighting. We are looking to add a highly motivated Production Associate that is willing to learn new skills to our team.

Our shop will welcome you as you learn and work amongst a team of experienced staff members. Once you have succeeded in learning the basics, you will begin accomplishing tasks on your own such as, daily inventories, accurately receiving products for put away, brass polishing, assembling lamp components, and assisting the rest of our team maintaining our facility. The position involves accuracy and efficiency, basic math and reading, an ability to learn basic computer functions, and a strong attention to detail. This role is essential in getting our customers the high-quality products they expect.

This production position does require standing for extended periods. Our hours of operation are from 6:00am until 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. We are looking for candidates who are open to working overtime (if needed), has a history of good attendance, is comfortable communicating and working with others in a diverse team, and can perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, able to push up to 100 pounds regularly, bending, stretching, reaching and climbing ladder stairs to gather inventory as needed.

Starting wage is $16.00 - $20.00 an hour with performance/wage reviews at 6 months and 1 year after hire.

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Excel experience a plus
