This is an exciting opportunity to support attorneys in high-profile Corporate, M&A, and Employee Benefits matters within a collaborative and professional environment.

Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant – Corporate
Location: Columbus, OH (In-office)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum three years of legal administrative or paralegal experience , ideally within corporate law or transactional work

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong document formatting/editing skills

• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with ERISA, benefits compliance, and corporate governance

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor

• Proven ability to manage calendars, coordinate travel, and assist with billing and client communications

• A proactive team player who enjoys supporting attorneys and contributing to firm success
