Bilingual Warehouse Lead

- Help to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
- Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet deadlines and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, layout, and processes
- Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and damages
- Assist with onboarding and performance evaluations of warehouse staff
