Description: We're seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and excellent communication abilities. Agile experience and SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Validation

• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Process Improvement & Mentorship

• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.
• Contribute to standards and templates for documentation and requirements management.

Skills : Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Required 6 Years strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards. Required 6 Years proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Required 6 Years excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required 6 Years experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Required 6 Years knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation. Required 6 Years exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability. Required 6 Years
