An independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system in La Grande, Oregon is hiring a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for a physician who enjoys the outdoors, small town living and has a passion for rural healthcare!
Opportunity Highlights
- Joining a multi-disciplinary team with one Psychiatrist, six LCSW’s & an experienced nursing staff
- Enjoy a balanced schedule working four 10-hour days per week
- Practice in an integrated outpatient behavioral health primary care clinic with Epic EHR
- 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Hospital employed position offers a base salary ($325k+) with production bonuses and up to $30k in quality incentives
- $30,000 commencement bonus plus relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits include health insurance; qualifies for PSLF; student loan repayment options through HRSA (behavioral health score 18), NHSC, and state programs (tax-free up to $150k); 401k retirement plan with match; paid malpractice; $8k annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions; paid CME time; and much more
