DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for following all safety and production procedures.
• Works with area managers and other leads to perform production tasks and standard operating procedures.
• Finish all assigned tasks for the day as assigned by the Production Manager.
• Ensure the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
• Notify the Production Manager, Lead, or Maintenance regarding any problems concerning equipment or materials.
• Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions when necessary.
• Some of the jobs performed could include but are not limited to: Saw Hand, Connector Cell, Grinding, Bumping, Tube Cutting, and End Forming.
• Must be willing to work in a team setting to achieve ALL production goals for the day.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Multi-task in a fast fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Must stand for long periods of time.

Must have Reliable Transportation.

Contingent upon passing a drug screen including marijuana testing.
