As a **Security Officer - CRE Patrol Rounds** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating with clients, visitors, and tenants. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and thorough patrols.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.
+ Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with tenants, visitors, and staff at the location.
+ Support access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as directed by site policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
