Lutz Landscaping and Management Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our crews in Canton, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help deliver beautiful, high-quality results for our clients while keeping operations running smoothly. If you take pride in your craft and love leading a team outdoors, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Oversee daily landscaping operations including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned properties
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance standards
- Manage job site safety, equipment usage, and proper maintenance of tools and machinery
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and any site issues
- Monitor and manage material and supply usage to stay within project budgets
- 4+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required with references
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and plant identification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
