Title: Account Manager - Wide Format Printing

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000

Who we are: Our client has been a leader in the retail graphics and durable labels industry for over 50 years, offering in-house printing, finishing, and fulfillment. We serve a wide range of trusted clients and are expanding our Customer Service Department to grow our team. We are seeking to enhance our client relationships and project execution capabilities.

Job Title Role: This role exists to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure the successful execution of wide format printing projects. The Account Manager acts as a key liaison between clients and internal production teams, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Job Title Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth

• Communicate with customers regarding printing requirements and collect specifications

• Prepare production order specification forms, layouts, and breakdowns

• Coordinate handling of customer pre-press material

• Secure quotes and proposals from suppliers and vendors

• Translate print job requirements into detailed job tickets and shipping instructions

• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in systems and queued for production

• Handle inquiries pertaining to job status, orders, changes, and discrepancies

• Coordinate job production with department managers and external vendors

• Issue job specific purchase orders to suppliers and vendors

• Provide expert advice on wide format printing options and best practices

• Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals

• Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively

About You:

• Possess 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management

• Understand wide format printing processes and technologies

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Build strong rapport with clients and colleagues

• Exhibit exceptional detail orientation

• Have impeccable organizational skills

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Show strong problem-solving skills

• Work independently as well as part of a team
