Production Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 12:55am to 02:30pm )

• Operate, monitor, and tend to production machinery and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and preparation of components or finished goods for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly following all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
• Contribute to achieving daily production targets and maintaining efficient workflow.
• Follow all instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors to support overall production operations

Production Technician Qualifications:

• Physical capability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Strong adherence to safety regulations and workplace guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not strictly required.
