Position overview: We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Guest Service Receptionist for a part-time position at Salon Evangelene to be the first and last impression of our salon. This role is ideal foe someone who thrives in a fast paced, hospitality focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service wit warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet every guest wit hgenuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, Service Provider schedules, appointment flow and in-person check-ins
- Educate guests on service, retail products, promotions and loyalty programs
- Process transactions accurately and efficienty
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk and retail area
- Anticpate guest needs and resolve concerns with grace and confidence
- Uphold Salon Evangelene's standards, culture and brand value
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional apperance and positive attitude
- Highily organized, detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced environment
- Comfortatble with computers and talking to guests in-person and on the phone
- Availabilty for 3 evenings until 10pm and EVERY Saturday (Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays OFF
