Leasing Manager (2 Openings) – Luxury Multifamily Communities
On-Site | Tuesday–Saturday | Full-Time
$65,000–$75,000 + Performance Bonuses
We’re hiring two Leasing Managers to lead leasing operations across luxury apartment communities. This role focuses on leasing performance, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activity from tour through move-in
- Track and drive traffic, conversion, and occupancy metrics
- Execute marketing and outreach initiatives
- Partner with maintenance to uphold community standards
- Handle resident concerns and escalations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leasing experience; 1–2 years in a luxury community
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
- Proven track record driving leasing performance and occupancy
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 base + performance bonuses
