Solution Architect - Application and Testing

Job Description

· Guide engineering teams in designing scalable and maintainable C#/.NET applications.

· Guide adoption of AI development and testing approaches such as code generation, code efficiency evaluation, test case generation, prioritization, and defect pattern detection.

· Evaluate and lead POCs for AI-enabled tooling supporting observability, remediation, configuration management, and operational analytics.

· Apply architectural best practices including microservices, and cloud-native patterns.

· Conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to testing and application design best practices.

· Work with development teams to create an application management plan that ensures all applications run on supported software infrastructure and conform to target state application architecture.

· Provide expertise in API design, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.

Skills and Requirements

· Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect designing Microsoft Azure Solutions

· Demonstrated experience leading architecture reviews influencing DevSecOps Platform Team and software delivery teams.

· Expert level understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud security patterns, and supply chain security.

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.

· Experience with one or more coding/scripting languages such as .NET/C#, PowerShell, etc. and modern cloud-native development practices.

· Experience integrating Security Scan, Code profiling and Testing Tools into pipeline strategy.

· Demonstrated ability to define baseline metrics to measure pipeline effectiveness and demonstrated ability to build maturity plans to improve metrics within the development community
