Senior Project & Change Management Lead (Supply Chain) (Reynoldsburg)

The ideal candidate brings senior-level expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption, along with strong supply chain knowledge in order management, production planning, demand planning, and raw material planning.

Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Provide project management oversight across four workstreams:
• Order Management Simplification – light-touch oversight
• Salesforce Costing to Line Plan Integration – light-touch oversight
• Demand Planning Toolset – high-touch involvement (initiation and launch)
• Raw Material Planning Initiative – high-touch involvement (initiation and launch)
• Build and manage project plans, workstreams, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and meeting cadences
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Technology, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Product Development, and Merchandise Planning

Change Management

• Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption
• Support teams through transitions by simplifying communication and enabling clarity around process and tool changes

Execution & Communication

• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and track action items
• Provide executive-ready status updates with clear risks and recommendations
• Translate complex concepts into simple business language

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong project management and implementation experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working across global time zones (U.S. and Far East)
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and best practices
• Strong domain experience in order management, demand planning, production planning, or raw material planning
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage conflicts effectively
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, OneDrive, and Visio
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
