Financial Client Service Associate

*A financial organizational is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. You will work between 30 to 40 hours each week. *
Job Duties:
- Schedule meetings
- Complete and send paperwork via DocuSign, email, and USPS
- Complete money movement transactions for clients
- Minor maintenance in our CRM
- Light marketing posting; eventually become our website and SalesForce onboarding administrator/trainer
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Client Service Associate experience; licenses not required
- Must have experience their custodial software with Charles Schwab, Salesforce, Docusign while having accurate data entry skills
- Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
- Must have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
