About the Role:

As an Outbound Logistics Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind efficient outbound shipments. From coordinating daily logistics to ensuring timely deliveries, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
