What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Deliver hands-on care that promotes comfort, safety, and quality of life
• Monitor and report changes in health to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents
• Collaborate with the care team to follow personalized care plans

What You Bring:

• Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassionate, resident-first approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A desire to grow, learn, and bring positivity to every shift
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but not required
