Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: $20-$25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a maintenance team of 2-3 members to provide professionally mowed lawns.
- Identify additional horticulture needs at customer sites and communicate these to supervisors.
- Ensure the team stays on schedule and completes routes in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform daily maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, sharpening, and changing blades, greasing mowers, and reporting major mechanical issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle, both inside and out.
- Accurately log activities and tasks in landscape management software (LMN).
Qualifications
- At least 1 year professional landscape maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driving record and insurability by company insurance is a plus.
- Availability for snow maintenance during winter months.
- Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.
- Experience with LMN or similar mobile time tracking applications is beneficial.
- Pesticide applicator's permit is a plus.
