Job Summary:
Qualifications for this position include (but are not limited to):
- One of 2 Unit Managers, responsible to provide Nursing oversight to a designated unit providing supervision of all Clinical Floor Staff.
- This is a Monday thru Friday Position.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Must understand the team approach and be a supportive team member.
- Manage staffing as needed.
- Assist with admissions and other duties assigned by the DON/Administrator.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of providing nursing care, ambulating patients, transferring patients, assisting with exercises, etc.
- Possess excellent assessment skills.
- Must be able to provide instruction, supervision, and provision of nursing care and treatment according to the Plan of Care.
- Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team members and others who provide services to each patient to form a cohesive interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent and appropriate care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
