Landscape Construction Team Member
Responsibilities - Work under the direction of a Team Leader to install landscape projects based on professional designs.
- Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living areas, and landscape beds.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance of vehicles and equipment, inside and out.
- Show up on time, work dependably, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Available to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday–Thursday , with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
- 1–3 years of professional landscape installation experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not required).
- Availability for snow maintenance work during the winter months.
Typical Day
- Arrive on time, ready to work.
- Check in with the Team Leader at 7:30 AM for daily assignments.
- Assist with loading equipment and materials for the day's projects.
- Support the Team Leader with job site tasks and report any equipment issues immediately.
- Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop area.
Compensation and Benefits
