Commercial construction estimator

Description: Small GC that focuses on renovations and TI of commercial projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and construction documents estimates.

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.

• Solicit, scope, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.

• Build estimate summaries and schedules of values.

• Lead pre-bid RFIs and provide constructability and means and methods input.

• Support all disciplines during meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.

• Proficiency in quantity takeoff and scope leveling.

• Experience with Bluebeam and ACC/BIM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
