Responsibilities

The Technical Arsenal

• Advanced Automation: Lead high-level diagnostics on integrated robotics and synchronized drive systems.

• PLC Mastery: Go "online" with Allen Bradley or Siemens to trace logic, troubleshoot sequences, and minimize downtime.

• Precision Electronics: Expertise in servo motors, advanced sensors, and industrial electronic components.

• Strategic Projects: Spearhead machine installs, capital upgrades, and reliability overhauls.

The "Expert" Profile

• Experience: 8+ years of industrial combat in a Lead or Senior role.

• Mentorship: A proven ability to coach Tech I & II team members into elite performers.

• Continuous Improvement: A mindset rooted in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to eliminate recurring failures.

The "Gold Standard" (Highly Preferred)

• Robotics: Programming or deep-level troubleshooting (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA).

• Credentials: Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics, Journeyman’s Card, or Electrical License.

• System Design: Experience with SCADA or ignition systems.
