The Role
As an Administrative Professional, you will be a valuable partner in maintaining office organization and harmony. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. You are a critical team member who facilitates client communication, general office responsibilities and collaborates with the entire team to provide a high-level client experience. The role demands a strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for assisting clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage calendars, and schedule meetings
● Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
● Establish and proactively maintain positive relationships with clients.
● Order office supplies and manage inventory
● Handle confidential information with discretion
● Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the firm’s CRM (Client Relationship Management) system, providing timely updates as needed.
● Collaborate with team members to effectively create and maintain the firm’s daily logs, procedures, and processes to meet regulatory standards.
General office administrative tasks
Desired Qualifications
● High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
● Experience using Client Relationship Management software (CRM) to update client information, document client notes, workflows, tasks, and appointments.
● Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected starting annual salary range is $40k - $45k, commensurate with experience
- Bonus potential tied to firm and personal performance
