Customer Experience Correspond
Position Summary
Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers via telephone, email, and oracle platform while working in a team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Create and input quotation information for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers and distributors
- Engage in active telephone contact with customers, PSC's and Field Sales Force: Orders, expedites, and technical inquiries
- Follow-up with emails and phone calls with customers and sales force - Initiate divisional cost estimates request (CER) for customers
- Investigate and bring to conclusion all customer debit requests associated with pricing conflicts
- Timely and accurate customer order entry - Evaluate, define, and process Authorization to Return
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal and external customers
- High volume telephone customer contact experience - PC proficiency (Microsoft Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree
Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Remain stationary at the computer for a minimum of 75% of the day
- Type customer orders and research information at a laptop/computer for up to 8 hours a day
- Consistently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Must be able to listen to calls and verbally respond
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
