Senior interior designer

Responsibilities

The Collaborative has an immediate need for a Senior Interior Designer with 10+ years’ commercial design experience, ideally with a focus on the Education (Higher Ed and K-12) market. This person will develop creative solutions for varied environments; participate in high-energy, collaborative teams; and implement overall design concepts, interior details and finish palettes through all phases of design. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable communicating with clients and an innovative problem solver. As a senior team member, the individual will take lead for design issues and will be responsible for all phases of the projects from programming, design development, and oversight of design intent during the construction document and construction administration phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
• 10+ years’ experience.
• Proficiency in BIM and Adobe Creative Suite a benefit.
• Prefer NCIDQ certified.
