Landscape Account Manager
Mahon Property Maintenance LLC is a leading provider of commercial landscape maintenance services, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and building lasting client relationships. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing service requests, concerns, and opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and property visits to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Perform routine property inspections and quality audits, ensuring work meets company standards.
- Identify service deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with operations teams.
- Document site conditions and provide recommendations for property improvements.
- Identify and develop enhancement opportunities, such as mulch installations, seasonal color programs, and landscape renovations.
- Prepare and present proposals for enhancement projects and follow up to close sales.
- Prospect and generate new commercial maintenance opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare maintenance proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Support contract renewals and pricing adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within company systems.
- Participate in weekly meetings and planning sessions to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in landscape management, account management, property management, or sales in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Aspire Software.
- Commercial landscape industry experience (preferred).
- Experience selling landscape maintenance agreements (preferred).
- Experience selling landscape enhancement projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices (preferred).
Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000 annually base salary, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities include:
- 5% – 10% commission on new maintenance contract sales
- 2% commission on renewed maintenance agreement revenue
- 5% commission on enhancement project sales
