Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts in retail and events division, specifically customer acquisition and customer retention
- Day to day working with customers face to face at local venues
- Upsell, cross sell, and trouble products and services
- Work as a brand ambassador
- Territory management
- Tracking data to evaluate market trends to communicate with campaign team including sales managers, team leaders, and client success.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, events, event management, brand ambassador work, account management, customer service, hospitality, leadership, sports, or related field.
- Experience with salesforce or other CRM
- High school diploma required
- Drivers license required
