Loan Agency Specialist
- Efficiently manage a portfolio of loan agency accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution of transactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and internal policies, safeguarding the bank's reputation and protecting client interests.
- Leverage proficiency in loan agency software (Solvas Agent, Clearpar) to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
- Work closely with a team of specialists to ensure seamless loan administration and meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Must be willing to become proficient in loan agency software (e.g., Solvas Agent, Clearpar) and have a strong understanding of loan agency agreements, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues related to loan agency transactions.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Must have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of specialists to achieve shared goals.
$48,416.00 - $79,541.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
