Coordinator of Admission Operations
Muskingum University invites applications for a Coordinator of Admission Operations. This position provides support for the operational functions of the Office of Admission. The Coordinator strategically uses various technology systems and serves the continuum of learners across Undergraduate and Graduate programs, both in-person and online.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls and emails to the Office of Admission, providing front-line support for undergraduate, graduate, and online admission inquiries.
- Process all incoming transcripts and admission documents across all admission populations.
- Coordinate system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage purchasing, billing, and invoicing for the Office of Admission.
- Serve on University committees as assigned.
- Assist with recruitment events on selected weekends or evening programs, as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Associate’s degree or 5 years of experience in customer service, office management, or a related administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology and database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work outside regular business hours.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience working in an admission office.
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
