Position Overview

Due to recent business growth, we are looking for a Plumbing Technician to join our expanding team. Our perfect candidate has some experience (residential or commercial), but we are willing to train a candidate who cares about quality customer service and is good at solving problems. Must be able to communicate well and work in a team environment. We value initiative, integrity, and attention to detail in every member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial service calls with professionalism
• Install and service plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, and drains
• Assess, troubleshoot, and repair common plumbing problems efficiently
• Operate and maintain drain cleaning, camera, and locating equipment
• Represent the company with a clean and presentable appearance at all times
• Accurately complete documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and use equipment and tools responsibly

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience (preferred)
• Basic industry knowledge (plumbing tools and equipment)
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass drug screening and a background check

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (8-5) with occasional Saturdays
