Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and step in as the leader when the Store Manager is absent.
• Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal store staffing.
• Motivate and guide the store team to achieve productivity and profitability goals, clearly communicating daily and weekly objectives.
• Foster a high standard of customer service by coaching, training, and setting a positive example for the team.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity.
• Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
