Content Strategist

Job Duties

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to help develop content and collateral strategies that support the complete content lifecycle.
• Participate in content analysis, inventories, and audits to ensure alignment with global content practices and standards.
• Create style guides, training videos, and other reference documentation for content authors to ensure a common Company voice.
• Assist in the on-going configuration and enhancements to the content management software tools.
• Update and create internal department process guides, system release notes, and software documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree (Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Management or related field)

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in visual and written information development. Experience in authoring structured content for a Global market.
