Food Truck General Manager

Overview

This 11-store take-out pizza franchisee offers real growth opportunities for high performers. They have consistently opened 1-2 new stores annually since inception. Besides growth, they offer an attractive bonus structure, benefits, and a 401k + company match. They have purchased a brand-new food truck and are currently seeking a General Manager to operate this new sector of their business. Employees and management do not work over 40-45 hours per week. The franchisor has over 50 locations in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Management experience with any QSR, Fast Casual, or Full Service Restaurant company or group.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
• Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
• Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action

Salary Range & Benefits

• $60,000-$65,000 + plus bonus
