Location: Bedford, OH | Full-Time | $20–$25/hr + Benefits

We’re looking for a high-performance Administrative Assistant, who isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats, solve problems before they happen, and keep the gears of a busy office running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll support leadership, manage systems, and be the go-to for everything that keeps our team operating at full throttle.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Organize company meetings, interviews, and events
- Handle communication protocols across departments
- Preform administrative duties such as data entry for managing contacts in CRM and typing machine specifications in machine listings
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, vendors, and equipment
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and be the face of our organization
- Oversee HR documentation, onboarding, and employee records
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Support marketing efforts with listings, social media, and light graphic updates
- Track advertising campaigns and monthly updates
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Responsible for coordinating orientation of new employees

- Polished communicator — written, spoken, and everything in between
- Passionate about improving systems and making things run smoother
✅ What You Bring:
- High School diploma required; some college a plus
- 1+ year of administrative, office, or executive assistant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Social media savvy and marketing knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks and Adobe (bonus points!)
- CRM and data entry experience preferred
- Familiarity with HR processes and benefits administration a plus

Location Requirement:
This is an in-person role. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bedford, OH 44146 before starting.
