Reports To: Clean Operations Manager
Objective : At ServiceMaster Clean, we don’t just clean—we deliver peace of mind. The Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in upholding our brand standards by ensuring all service partners are properly trained, supported, and consistently delivering high-quality results. This position is hands-on and focused on coaching, inspecting cleaning after training, and continuously improving performance across all assigned accounts. Most importantly, one must ensure the core values of the ServiceMaster Brands: Honor God in All We Do

Tasks:
- Train new hires and current service partners on ServiceMaster cleaning standards, procedures, including proper dilutions, and safety protocols.
- Performing routine quality inspections after training is complete at assigned facilities to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindset
- Review failed inspections with employees and provide hands-on retraining and coaching
- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and reinforce best practices in the field
- Drop off supplies to employees when requested
- Partner with HR/ management to develop corrective action plans and improve overall service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
- Build positive relationships with team members
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and coaching ability with a team-first mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between multiple job sites
- Flexible schedule (may include evenings or weekends)
