BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED BEFORE OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- knowledge of PEp
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- In-person
