Talent Development Facilitator

Position Overview:

• Assess participant needs, develop skills, provide mentorship, and track progress to achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Recruit and enroll new participants and prepare them for workforce entry.
• Collaborate with the JOG team to identify the best practices, remove barriers, provide tutoring and upskilling, and locate employment opportunities.
• Engage with employers to place participants in jobs and follow up on their progress.
• Use participant data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve the program.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to support participants.
• Ensure all activities follow regulations and policies. Prepare and submit program data to designated leadership personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Available for work hours scheduled typically M-F 8:00 – 4:30pm
• Local, daytime travel required within a two-county radius. Occasional travel between other organizational service areas in Northeast, Ohio.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online database systems.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in talent development, workforce development, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of program coordination, participant support, and industry-specific needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and strong networking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
