This a Commission Sales position, Will Cover northern KY and Ohio areas.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. If you are already in this field, have the customers or contacts and want the chance to make good money, this might be fore you.
The Wide area would be all around Mississippi, potentially spreading to the coast. If you have your own customers, they would stay yours regardless of location.

Youre in charge of your hours, you set your prices, you see the profit upfront.

Most of the employees who have worked for us have ended up retiring, only 2 employees have left since 1982.

Commission adds up annually and pays out based on the amount of profit you have brought in each year. The commission rates are below.

0-100kprofit = 40% commission
100k-150kprofit = 42.5%
150k-200kprofit = 45%
200k-250kprofit = 47.5%
250 k+ profit = 50%

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
