  • Translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Balance innovation, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and operational scalability.
  • Shift efficiently between strategic and tactical activities, understanding context; connect seemingly unconnected concepts and ideas; and take action.
  • Prioritize and adjust in order to achieve results at the individual, team, and project level.
Product Ownership & Agile Execution-

  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Lead sprint planning, roadmap refinement, release planning, and adoption tracking.
  • Drive adoption strategies across business units.
Cross-Functional Leadership-

  • Integrate department-level processes with enterprise program and project initiatives.
  • Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders, developers, leadership, and vendors.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, risks, and KPIs to Directors and senior leadership.
  • Influence without direct authority across matrixed teams.
Governance, Risk & Compliance-

  • Anticipate, identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues.

  • Provide structured performance feedback to vendor representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
