Marketing Manager - Hospitality

Primary Responsibilities
- Create and implement an integrated “always on” marketing strategy for The Goods to bring traffic in store and online.
- Evaluate market opportunity and provide recommendations on how best to reach targeted shoppers to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other internal and external resources to create retail campaigns and marketing assets.
- Lead online customer strategy to support the desired customer buying experience.
- Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders and community engagement.
- Establish marketing KPIs for the store and monitor, evaluate and report on the success of marketing strategies and programs.
- Develop and manage marketing budget for The Goods.
- Develop marketing plans and collaborate with business leaders to bring effective marketing tactics to each brand.
- Lead the overall strategy of brand websites providing guidance to optimize the user’s experience.
- Support the recruiting marketing needs of the businesses. Oversee marketing projects and manage associated timelines and deliverables to drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the department.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications), along with 5-7 related experience. Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations with demonstrated success.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Excellent grammar.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced Marketing team.
- Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
- Experience hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel.
